When can I start using my membership?

Your membership is effective immediately!

How do I schedule my preventive care?

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

Dr. Diem Do

Dr. Diem Do is a Pankey-trained dentist who’s been in practice for nearly 3 decades and believes in a relationship-based, health-centered practice philosophy. Dr. Do is a regular attendee at The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association and the New Orleans Dental Association. He is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to provide his patients with the most current and elevated dental care. Dr. Do was born in Vietnam and has been a proud New Orleans resident since 1975. After graduating from West Jefferson high School in 1987, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of New Orleans in 1991. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the LSU School of Dentistry in 1995 and opened his private practice shortly thereafter. Do. Do and his wife, Trinh, have two daughters, Maddie and Kenzie, and a son, Benjamin. In his spare time, Dr. Do enjoys spending his time with his family, playing tennis, fishing and cheering on the New Orleans Saints.

Dr. Tami Nguyen

Dr. Tami Nguyen is also a Pankey-trained dentist. She began her journey at The Pankey Institute early in her career to align herself with leading dentists. Dr. Tami's philosophy is to provide comprehensive patient-centered care. She believes in building strong relationship-based dentistry because she sees each person walking through the door as not a set of teeth, but as a person with a unique story. Dr. Tami actively attends courses at The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association and the New Orleans Dental Association. Dr. Tami is a local and grew up in Marrero, Louisiana. She graduated from John Ehret High School, received a bachelor's degree in biology at Xavier University of Louisiana, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana School of Dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Tami enjoys learning about new technology, reading, binge-watching TV shows, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her family and dog.
